Our wholesale merchant program is perfect for business owners in the beauty and skincare industry. Whether you have a beauty salon, health store, pharmacy, spa, or you are a dermal skin therapist, our wholesale discounts are tailored to help you resell our high-quality skincare and beauty products through your own brick and mortar store or online platform.
We also extend our wholesale discounts to makeup artists, beauticians, cosmetologists, and any other registered business that can benefit from purchasing products in bulk. We take pride in offering these discounts to support your business and help you thrive in the industry.
What Discounts are Available?
The wholesale discount available will vary depending on the volume of your order, including GST. For example, if you order 4 units, 6 units, or 10 units of each product, pricing will automatically be charged at the wholesale merchant rate.
How to Qualify as a Stockist? Merchant
To qualify as a stockist, please send us an email with your business credentials including your ABN, VAT number, address, phone number, email, and whether you have an online platform or brick-and-mortar store. Please also let us know why you would like to become our stockist. This will allow our team to add the wholesale pricing specifically to your account. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your account.
Please note that once accepted, there is a minimum order requirement of $1000AU with a flat rate shipping fee of $55.

General Information
All designs are protected by international copyright laws. Any use of copyrighted material without our prior notice and agreement will be considered a breach of copyright.
You are not allowed to alter or obscure any of our logos, trademarks, or other marks applied to Alchemy Botanical Skincare products without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to enforce our rights and remedies under these terms and conditions without any delay or failure on our part, unless confirmed in writing.
Recommended Retail Price
We recommend that all products purchased from Alchemy Botanical Skincare be sold at or above the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). The MSRP for our products can be found in the Alchemy Botanical Skincare Line Sheet and website. Retailers must maintain keystone pricing or above for all our products.
Product Samples
We can provide skincare testers for a small fee. Contact us for more information.
Delivery and Limitation of Liability
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs, which are not included in the cost of goods. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total before shipment. We reserve the right to choose the carrier for each shipment.
For international orders,
customers are liable for any import duties, customs, and taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges and they cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Alchemy Botanical Skincare. Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, handling fees, import taxes, and duty charges at the time of delivery or pick up. If a package is refused due to non-payment of these fees, we do not provide refunds as the package is considered abandoned.
Alchemy Botanical Skincare will not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering the goods due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God or actions by third parties. We are also not responsible for any misrepresentations of our products by third parties.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If any of these incidents occur, the buyer must file a claim with the shipping carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, rejected, damaged, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Termination of Business Relationship
If either party decides to terminate the business relationship, a 30-day written notice is required. The customer will be responsible for any outstanding orders or payments due within that notice period.
Damaged Goods
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt if any items are damaged in transit. Provide photo evidence, and we will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final, and wholesale products or goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that discount codes are not applicable to sale items.
Exclusivity
Alchemy Botanical Skincare does not offer exclusivity in any geographical area.
Web Commerce
If you are selling Alchemy Botanical Skincare products online, credit must be given to us in the product description. We will provide you with product images and descriptions.

We respect the privacy of your personal data. Any information you provide to us including; name, address, telephone number, and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals.
